<div><div>Mailtrack is amazing, it enables us to see if our prospects have read the emails we sent or reaching the spam folders instead. We send bulk emails to our prospects. It also allows us to send bulk email from most of the email platforms even Gmail and how many of them are opened. <br></div></div>
  • Email tracking
  • Bulk emails
  • Easy to use
  • Free trail does not have much of features.
This is the best tool for our marketing team on their day-to-day tasks. They do not have to call each and every person on the list. Simply send bulk emails and confirm the receipt of emails, after which the pitch is done. This process saves loads of time and effort.

Mailtrack is mainly just used by the Commercial Sales team at the moment. It is being trialed as an alternative to Boomerang.
Within Sales, it is very important to be able to keep track of who read emails vs who didn't in order to prioritise your day. By using Mailtrack, we are able to see if a particular email is "hot" or not for example, giving invaluable insight into the situation.
  • Summaries of all emails sent.
  • Snooze functions.
  • Hot topic (when read or forwarded many times).
  • Would like to be able to specify when the snooze should be activated until. Right now only 2 options. 24h or 48h.
For sales people to be able to follow up we need to know if the email was actually read or not. When it has not been read we don't even need to worry about following up yet.

Mailtrack is used by account managers who are in contact with clients (including myself). Since we are only using the free version, Mailtrack mainly helps us track if our emails were read or not. We do not necessarily need it for our internal communication.
  • Tracks if emails were opened.
  • Tracks how many times emails were read.
  • Notifies when emails were not opened at all.
  • The free version is very limited.
  • Sometimes, it does not work on phones.
  • It should be able to define who opened the email in case it was sent to many people.
If you work in sales or you are prospecting clients, I believe that Mailtrack is very useful, as it keeps you updated on the status of your sent emails (if they were opened or not, and how many times, etc.). However, the free version can be tricky since you always need to remove the signature of Mailtrack manually, and in case you don't, you might seem unprofessional.

In general, [Mailtrack] is useful and great. I use it to know if my customer checked my email with proposals. I used Mailtrack with my Gmail and it [was] super helpful. It allows you to track your emails, see who and when they read them which really helps me keep track and organize my schedule and work.
  • Live tracking
  • Cheap
  • Accurate
  • Fast
[Mailtrack] works pretty well for tracking opens. That's really all I ask of it, and for the most part, it has filled that job pretty well. I mostly get the notifications, and once I refigure out the mobile part to be working again then it should do that job pretty well across all platforms.

Mailtrack is one of the best softwares out there for tracking your mail. It helps in knowing whether it's been sent to the addressee or not and whether or not they have checked the mail. It's great for keeping up with business activities and ensuring that things can be followed through on. Great for both personal and business use. I personally have used Mailtrack to track whether my messages reach the addressee, as I'm looking for potential supervisors and sometimes the emails don't reach them. This has completely changed the way in which I can keep up with my university search. I've also seen that you can see if the messages can be forwarded to people (this is available only in the pro version) and even though I have only used the free version up until now, it's been really great. In terms of business needs, you can be sure about whether or not your email has reached the intended recipient, and Mailtrack can help you follow through on leads as well.
  • Adequate tracking
  • Easy to use
  • Detailed reports
  • Useful for business & personal use
  • Relatively inexpensive even for pro version
  • Helpful range of plans
  • Can look over plans for short-term or long-term use
  • Maybe have a cheaper plan for pro
  • International users need a cheaper plan, as the currency conversion can make it expensive for them
  • Can include more features in the free version
  • Can offer a trial period for users who would like to try out pro before buying it
  • Could be a little quicker in their responses
Great for both business and personal use. Useful especially when you want to know that you're sending an email to the right address and if they have received it or not. Helps in following up with clients and even in personal use, making sure that your mail is sent, let's say for academic activities etc.
For personal use, I suggest that it's great in the case that you're sending out emails for university applications, invites, etc. so that you're sure that the other person has received them and you can mark something off your checklist.
For business use, it's perfect. Do you want to send out email campaigns? Know how many people opened them! How many did it not get sent to? Following up on a potential lead for the company? You can track whether they have received your email. This helps us understand what leads to chase and what not to. It's really a good tracking software and can be applicable in many business situations.

We sell domain names to corporate companies or individuals. As of now, we are only two members. My partner and I send emails to our clients.
  • Immediately you will be notified once any user accesses the email. There is no delay. We have crossed checked and it works awesome.
  • The Mailtrack extension is easy to use. Setting up an account and getting started is smooth and fast.
  • Free version includes unlimited email tracking, this is fab.
  • I think a few more features should be added to the free version, like daily tracking reports, which is only available with the pro version.
  • It would be great if it could support custom email accounts apart from Google.
One of my friends who is a Domainer introduced me to this great mail tracking extension. I used to send multiple emails and never used to get to know who is actually reading my emails. Now, I have an overview of my emails. If I send emails to 50 people I if 30 users have read my email once, which is an awesome feature. If any user opens the email multiple times I will be notified so I will consider only those users for follow-ups. Mailtrack is an amazing mail tracking extension.

I'm using to track when and if recipients are opening my emails. Often this is very important when talking to different departments in other organisations. It is also helpful for me to know when my Invoice for services has been opened by clients. It enables me to get back as soon as possible to follow up.
  • Advises when you email is opened.
  • Advises when it is opened multiple times.
  • Advises after 24 hours if the email hasn't been opened.
  • I haven't got any particular areas that I think need improvement.
Given that the Basic version is available for free I can only recommend the people try it themselves and then decide for themselves whether it is the right product for their individual needs. For me personally, it is perfect.

After experiencing challenges getting responses to my emails I decided to use Mailtrack across my whole organization to understand if the emails are getting opened and read, or if I'm sending the emails to a mailbox that is not in use.
  • Immediate notification once the email is opened.
  • Notification if your email has not been opened/read 24 hours after sending it.
  • Free account will not let you use the features from your iPhone.
I like all about it, I like the feature and the information of what and when emails have been opened/read. I can use this information to adjust the times I am sending important emails or I can try different wording to get the email to be more attractive if I see that there is no reply after they read it.

Mailtrack is being used by select individuals. Our organization does not enforce it so it's really up to the user if they wish to use it. It's primarily used by anyone writing emails to clients. Employees that communicate internally don't use it because if we need a response it's easy to get their attention. The value of using it to communicate to clients, partners, or external communication is important because we have limited ways of contacting those individuals. Clients, per se, only provide us with email and sometimes phone numbers. Mailtrack helps our Sales Reps understand when clients are actively looking at the email so we can gauge interest. Knowing when our email recipients are active helps create project efficiencies.
  • I need my Client to understand a few points, usually one thing at a time so they don't get confused. Mailtrack lets me know when my client opens the email so I can plan when to send my next instruction.
  • I wrote an email draft to follow up with my Client. Mailtrack lets me know my Client opened my initial email at 8PM so I immediately send my drafted email to increase my Client's engagement.
  • Sometimes people don't confirm they read your email, at least with Mailtrack I know they opened it and possibly read it.
  • I think all the features work as it should. I use the free version of Mailtrack so there's not much I can expect to go wrong.
  • It's a hassle to always delete their marketing attempt in my emails.
  • Make sure to reset your browser if you notice Mailtrack isn't active.
I would highly recommend Mailtrack to a colleague. We send emails with the intent of having them read and replied to by the recipient. It is only more effective to know when people are opening and reopening emails sent by you. This allows us to confirm if information has been relayed and if we need to conduct a follow up.

I am currently using Mailtrack and just started about a month ago. It is very helpful to me to be able to see if my emails are being opened and read. It also notifies me if someone has not opened an email I sent 1 or 2 days ago. I only have the free version but it is very helpful and I hope my company will purchase the professional version soon.
  • Tracks who opens an email.
  • Tracks which emails and who has not opened.
  • Daily report of emails sent, read, opened and unopened is excellent.
  • Only using this for a short period of time I am happy with its features.
During the course of the day, I am sending emails to other staff members to correct issues at their sites. It is very helpful to know when they have read the email and how long of time to correct the issues or respond to my requests. Mailtrack has definitely helped me in my position.

I am an individual user, but other employees within my department use Mailtrack as well. In my position it is often important to know if a recipient has read my email regarding a student and if I need to follow up to ensure things have been addressed. I am currently only using the free version, but can definitely see the merit in the paid version, and am seriously considering purchasing it. The peace of mind and satisfaction of knowing an email has been read is amazing, and has actually lowered my stress level in the time I've been using it. I highly recommend use of it to create a more confident and productive environment.
  • Quick notifications
  • Ease of use
  • The ability to see who specifically has read the email when sending to a group
It is well suited for most any scenario, although having the paid version where there are additional features available will probably prove to be the better option. The paid version also removes the large Mailtrack signature, which is more professional looking.

I'm a startup. When sending out cold emails, I didn't know if prospects were actually reading my emails. Sometimes, friends would mention that they hadn't received an email I sent from my work email. Mailtrack really helps with that. I like that I even get a summary the next day, which shows my open rates. They have different sized packages. The free version is just what I needed but I'm considering moving to the next level as it tracks emails with large attachments.
  • Open rate summary email
  • Simply know when someone has read your email
  • A minor annoyance is that it comes with an email signature promotion, but you can delete that.
Mailtrack can be used by anyone who sends personalized emails. It's nice to know what happens to them when you spend a long time writing them.

It is used by professors or someone in the education field. As I am a teaching assistant, it is very important for me to track emails as it gives me confirmation that the receiver has seen it, maintaining transparency between the sender and the receiver. In my case, between me and the students whom I am guiding. Mailtrack is providing an excellent service for professionals in the academic field.
  • Giving confirmation to the sender immediately regarding the delivery of the email and whether the receiver read it or not.
  • If an email is attached with documents, it gives an idea of whether the receiver read the document or not.
  • Gives information to the sender regarding how many times the receiver reads the email. It gives an idea to the sender regarding how important the email is.
  • Should at least allow 5 to 6 mb attachments without subscription.
  • Mailtrack should eradicate the sender notification sign as it might interpret a wrong impression towards the receiver regarding the email tracking process.
  • Mailtrack should be free for students and professors.
Mailtrack is suited for professional emails.

I primarily use it to track emails sent to students for tasks or appointments. It has been very helpful during distance learning since we no longer have that face to face, all day interaction. I am able to track which students still need to complete certain assignments, and if they are aware that there is a task needed to be completed.
Communication with staff has also been better since I can now track when they read my emails and how long it took for them to respond, when I reach out to set meeting times or even ask for ideas.
  • Email tracking.
  • Weekly Summaries of all emails sent.
  • Notifications of which emails haven't been read.
  • More affordable.
  • Maybe a setting to turn off each time it's being opened.
It helps me keep track of my emails sent to students as well as with coworkers. I have the free version so the Mailtrack signature looks so unprofessional, but it has been helpful when tracking my students' responses to tasks or appointments. This has been a great asset to the distance learning and I recommend it to the educators I work with as well.

Mailtrack is the only tool I use on all my accounts. It helps track customers and all feedback and to get a hold of how "hot" the mail is to see if it converts or not. I have been "saved" a lot of times by Mailtrack by getting ahead of many conversations. I recommend it to all my friends and all the people I work with.
  • Track mail
  • Easy to use
  • Notifications are a big plus
  • Reporting is good
  • Limit of 3Mb per mail for the free version
  • Sometimes there is no feedback
  • Sometimes installing takes time
I always recommend Mailtrack.

I use Mailtrack on a daily basis to track my emails with current clients, leads, and other professionals in my industry. Since I'm a freelancer, It's only being used by me, but it really is helpful. Getting notifications when an important email has been read is extremely helpful in knowing when to follow up in case of no response from them.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to test out the paid version of the product yet, but I'm highly considering it with how great just the free version is. My only issue with the product is that every email has a watermark on it when you send it, HOWEVER, you can delete it extremely easily, and the company even shows you how to do it! I have seen no other email tracking software out there that 1) allows you to delete the watermark, but also 2) shows you exactly how to do it! They're an extremely user-friendly service and I would highly recommend them.
  • Tracks emails
  • Allows you to remove watermarks
  • Desktop notifications
  • None I can think of
It's honestly well-suited for any email tracking needs you may have. I can't think of a single situation in which I wouldn't want a read receipt when the other party has opened the email, and Mailtrack provides that ability. It's extremely beneficial when you need to know if a client or lead has read your email. Yes, they offered me a 3 month free trial of the paid version to write this review, but that DOES NOT affect my statements.

I use MailTrack to make sure that the students are reading my email and to see whether the Professor is online or not. Emailing has been so much easier with MailTrack and I am really glad that I downloaded it. I am a TA for about 100 students and it is not easy to make sure that they got all the announcements. But with MailTrack, I can track how many students are actually reading my emails. I also like how it notifies me that the person has not read the email. It makes it easier for me to notify my professor with information that he did not read. He receives simply way too many emails and I know that it is not easy for him to read all my emails. With MailTrack, communication is just much more efficient and easier.
  • Tells how many people have read the email.
  • Notifies you when the other person has not read the email for a long time.
  • Easy to use.
  • Free trial of the pro features would be nice.
  • I can’t use it with my phone.
  • When I send it to multiple people, I would like to know who hasn’t read my email.
My professor always seems to be late with emails because he simply receives too many. Because MailTrack notifies me when people haven’t opened the email for a long period of time, I can easily remind my professor with important information again knowing that he doesn’t know it yet. I often send emails to many people at once, and it is hard to know who opened it and who did not. It only lets me know how many times it has been opened. I am not too sure about the pro features, but with the basic version you cannot see who actually opens that email.

We use it to track all emails that we send to see if recipients are professional enough to respond.

I have pointed out to multiple prospects that I had noticed they opened my email but had yet to respond; the majority of those prospects became clients as I was able to subtly emphasize how my time is important and extremely valuable.

I have only used the free version but have been extremely pleased with the functionalities.

I am very inclined to try the pro version!
  • Track when my email has been opened.
  • Notifying me when a past email has been opened again by the recipient.
  • Seamlessly integrate the tracking service into each email.
  • I can't say since I've only used the free version.
  • I believe that the improvements I wish to see are provided in the pro version.
It is suited for ANYONE who values their time and expects transparent communication.

From personal emails to business/professional emails, everyone needs this!

MailTrack was used individually by me mostly to track email opens. It was used sparingly by limited members of no particular team when we didn't have a proper product in place to track email opens.
  • Very accurate email open triggers.
  • I also like the green tick and how it mentions how many times individual emails in a thread have been opened and which haven't been. You can resend the email that probably hasn't been read or hasn't been read by enough people.
  • MailTrack in its existing form and use cases does what it is supposed to, but most products help track email opens, which is why you can use any alternatives with a lot of other features, e.g. Mixmax, thus they need to improve and add a lot of features.
When you need a free email tracking tool, I find MailTrack the best. When you want to pay for one, you might want to look at products that provide more features, and which one makes the most sense will also depend on which other CRMs you use. I have yet to see the paid version which might have as many features as others but we never evaluated the full product features.

MailTrack is one of the most used tools to track email delivery and whether the recipient has opened it or not and, if yes, when they first opened it. MailTrack helps us to track business emails for various purposes. It is not widely used in our organization. It depends user-to-user and case-by-case. But MailTrack surely helps us to track email delivery.
  • It offers a free version.
  • They update us in seconds that the recipient has opened the mail.
  • They send tracking emails more often, even when it is not required.
  • They should add the recipient name at least in the free version, too.
For someone who has little technical knowledge but wants to get information about whether the recipient has opened the email or not, and if yes, at what time or date, MailTrack is well suited. I've been using MailTrack for a long time, but I'm not able to integrate it with Gmail on my android phone. MailTrack is a little bit complex.
